Central Kalimantan Vice Governor: State Civil Apparatuses are Obliged to Provide The Best Public Services
PALANGKA RAYA – BUREAU OF PROTOCOL AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION. Thousands of State Civil Apparatuses, Contract Employees, and Heads of Regional Government Organizations of Central Kalimantan Government attended the Roll Call in the front yard of Central Kalimantan Governor’s office, Thursday (02/01/2020).
The Roll Call of Central Kalimantan Government in 2020 was the resumption of all government activities after Christmas holiday on December 25, 2019 and the New Year on January 1, 2020.
The Roll Call was started with the Handover Ceremony of Echelon II Position in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government and continued with the handover of Budget Implementation Documents in 2020 to all heads of regional government organizations of Central Kalimantan.
The Budget Implementation Documents in 2020 with a total expenditure of Rp. 5,399,361,541,478.60 consists of Indirect Expenditure of Rp. 2,922,473,909,232.75 and Direct Expenditure of Rp.2,476,887,605,245.85, and the biggest Budget Implementation Documents received by Education Office of Central Kalimantan Province and Office of Public Works and Public Housing of Central Kalimantan Province respectively one trillion.
The Vice Governor as the Roll Call Inspector asked the implementation of all programs and activities both sourced from Regional Budget and State Budget to be improved than the implementation in 2019. “I hope you can run the tasks as well as possible with full sense of responsibility, dedication, loyalty and high performance then immediately adjust to the situation and condition in the new workplace,“ said Vice Governor.
In September 2020 there will be simultaneous local elections of Governor and Vice Governor of Central Kalimantan as well as the Regent and Vice Regent of East Kotawaringin, therefore increasing public participation in exercising their voting rights is the responsibility of all parties, so we are expected to continue to actively approach and disseminate information in the effort to increase public understanding and knowledge of the importance of local elections. To all State Civil Apparatuses in Central Kalimantan Province, the Vice Governor appealed to maintain neutrality while continuing to concentrate on carrying out duties as a State Civil Apparatuses according to their duties and functions in a professional manner. “Avoiding actions or issues that are not responsible, slanderous, creating friction among community groups, conflicts bringing up political nuances or those intersecting with ethnicity, religion, race, and between groups,” Habib emphasized.
