Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan Opened a Socialization on Functional Position Adjustment for Goods / Services Administrators

Provincial Secretary Fahrizal Fitri opened a socialization on Functional Position Adjustment / Inpassing for Goods / Services Procurement Administrators in 2020 at Eka Hapakat Hall, Central Kalimantan Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya, Monday (2/24/2020). “The Election Working Group / Procurement Officials must be officiated by the Goods / Services Procurement Administrators as stated in Article 74 paragraph (1) letter a, Presidential Regulation Number 16 Year 2018 no later than December 31, 2020,” Fahrizal said.
Fahrizal also explained that the Election Working Group must have a certificate of competence and a certificate of Basic Expertise in the field of Goods / Services Procurement until 31 December 2023. “The purpose of this socialization activity is in the context of information dissemination, as a means of education and dissemination to the goods / services procurement administrators within the Provincial, Regency / City Government, especially the State Civil Apparatus in the work unit for the government goods / services procurement, as well as the Election Working Group and Procurement Officials within the Regional Government,” he added.
Acting Head of the Procurement Bureau of Goods / Services in the Provincial Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Rahmawati said that implementation of these socialization activities were based on the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 42 of 2018 concerning the Appointment of Civil Servants in Functional Positions through Adjustment / Inpassing and Number 28 of 2009 concerning the Equalization of Administrative Position into Functional Position, and Government Regulation on Goods / Services Procurement Policy Number 4 of 2019 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Adjustment / Inpassing of Functional Position for Goods / Services Procurement Administrators.
The Goods / Services Procurement Bureau of Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat has carried out the adjustment / inpassing activities from 2018 to 2020 and successfully graduated 14 Functional Officers of Goods / Services Procurement Administrators. “The total needs of functional officials managing goods / services in the Bureau of Goods / Services Procurement of Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat are 40 people,” Secretary Fahrizal Fitri explained.
Meanwhile, Rahmawati said the results to be achieved by the implementation of this activity were the socialization of mechanisms and procedures for adjustment / inpassing of goods / services procurement administrators so that efforts to develop professionalism careers and improve the performance of Goods / Services Procurement Administrators could be realized before 31 December 2020. This socialization was carried out in collaboration between the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government and the Policy Agency of Government Goods / Services Procurement.
This socialization program presented the Head of Sub Directorate for Human Resources Development for Procurement Administrators from the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency Ria Agustina Nasution, by delivering her materials including Inpassing/ Adjustment in accordance with the Regulations of Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Agency and other materials related to the Duties and Authorities of the Functional Officers of Goods / Services Procurement.
This socialization activity was attended by participants consisting of representatives of each regional organization in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, representatives of provincial / district / city office of goods / services procurement, and representatives from each regional / city agency of civil service.
