Governor Sugianto Sabran Distributes 1,000 Food Packages and 1,000 Face Masks in 8 Transmigration Villages in Sukamandang, Seruyan Tengah District, Seruyan Regency
SUKAMANDANG – PROTOCOL AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION BUREAU. Governor of Central Kalimantan H. Sugianto Sabran along with a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives of Central Kalimantan Electoral Region H. Agustiar Sabran once again distributed food packages and face masks on Wednesday (4/29/2020). This time, the assistance was provided to community members in 8 transmigration villages in Sukamandang, Central Seruyan District, Seruyan Regency, who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic (Corona Virus).
The 1,000 food packages was distributed as many as 130 packages in Bumi Jaya Village, 200 packages in Sokorejo Village, 75 packages in Suka Maju Village, 150 packages in Suka Makmur Village, 200 packages in Batu Agung Village, 50 packages in Suka Jaya Village, 75 packages in Panca Jaya Village, and 120 packages in Ringin Agung Village.
In addition to the food packages, Governor Sugianto along with Agustiar Sabran also distributed 1,000 face masks to residents in those eight villages.
The handover of aid to residents was carried out by Sugianto Sabran’s volunteer team coordinated by Anang Arsando. “This is a personal assistance from Mr. Sugianto Sabran and Mr. Agustiar Sabran to help people of Central Kalimantan who are affected by Covid-19 and today the assistance is distributed in 8 transmigration villages in Sukamandang,” said Anang.
Governor Sugianto Sabran, both directly and through a team of volunteers and other relevant parties never ceased to remind the public to follow the government’s advice in breaking the chain of Covid-19 spread. People are asked to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle, wear masks especially when leaving the house, wash hands as often as possible with soap in running water,do social / physical distancing, do not leave the house/area, and do not go home when there is no urgent need.
