Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretary Attends Launching of TSC, SAMOLIM, and Responsive Zebra Application of Regional Police of Central Kalimantan
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Provincial Secretary Fahrizal Fitri, representing the Governor of Central Kalimantan attended the Launching of TSC (Traffic Service Center), SAMOLIM (Samsat Online Isen Mulang), and Responsive Zebra Application of the Traffic Directorate of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, at Arya Dharma Hall Central Kalimantan Police Headquarters, Palangka Raya on Monday (8/3/2021).
The launch of TSC, SAMOLIM, and Responsive Zebra application was symbolically marked by a button pressing by the Provincial Secretary Fahrizal Fitri together with the Central Kalimantan Regional Police Chief Inspector General Pol Dedi Prasetyo and the Traffic Director of Central Kalimantan Regional Police, Kombes Pol Rifki. The launch of these applications is a form of effort to improve services to the public in the traffic sector and facilitate the payment of local tax obligations in Central Kalimantan Province.
Central Kalimantan Police Chief Inspector General Pol Dedi Prasetyo in his speech emphasized that the launch of these three applications is a form of innovation and commitment to improve public services in the traffic sector. “This Launching activity is not just a ceremonial event, this Launching activity is also a form of innovative steps and a form of our joint efforts to improve public services in the traffic sector and facilitate the payment of taxpayers in the Central Kalimantan area,” said the Regional Police Chief.
He then also explained that the launch of these applications is one of the descriptions of the 100-Day-Work- Program of the Indonesian National Police Chief in the field of Precision of Public Service Transformation. “Likewise for these applications and public service innovation, a form of implementation of the 100-Day-Work-Program of the Indonesian National Police Chief, especially in the field of public service transformation, namely providing services to the public more quickly, easily, transparently, and free of access, anytime and anywhere,” explained the Regional Police Chief.
With the concept of digital-based services, the three applications are expected to accelerate, simplify and accelerate community activities, especially in obtaining services at the Satpas Office and Samsat Office, while still minimizing the risk of physical contact during the Covid-19 pandemic.
“These three applications are creative breakthroughs built by the Indonesian National Police and Samsat Advisory Team, namely Regional Income Tax Office, Jasa Raharja, andBank Kalteng, in order to provide services to the public that are faster, easier, more transparent, and free of access anytime and anywhere,” explained the Dirlantas of Regional Police of Central Kalimantan Kombes Pol Rifki in his report.
Furthermore, the TSC application itself is an integrated traffic service, starting from the new Driving License registration service feature and online renewal, the SIPOLIN service feature (Online Traffic Police Alert) which is an emergency alert service if someone needs traffic police assistance, such as traffic accidents. Then, congestion, natural disasters / calamities, and other traffic problems. In addition, there are also features of the Traffic Information Service, E-Tickets, Mobile Driving License, and Public Complaints Advice.
Meanwhile, the SAMOLIM application is a service for payment and approval of annual taxes that is fast, easy, and accessible anywhere, accompanied by free delivery of Tax Notice to Taxpayers who have paid their vehicle tax.
