“For the point of preparation of financial reports, I emphasize again that it is not only the responsibility of the Regional Finance and Assets Office, but everything depends on the Regional Organization Units because it is you in the Regional Organization Units who determine the results of the consolidated financial statements carried out by the Regional Finance and Assets Office,” said Rony.
In line with Rony, Provincial Secretary Fahrizal Fitri in his direction emphasized that each Regional Organization Unit has the responsibility for the completion of their respective financial reports. “It must be our concern because we are talking about time keeping. Do not let the completion of the financial statements which is the obligation of each Regional Organization Unite be borne by the Regional Finance and Assets Office. The Regional Finance and Assets Office has just something to do with the assistance,” said the Provincial Secretary.
“If there is one Regional Organization Unit is not completed, it will not close everything. Because the Audit Team is talking about the Provincial Financial Report, which is a compilation of the each Regional Organization Unit,” added the Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretary Fahrizal Fitri.
The Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretary also hopes that all Heads of Regional Organization and their staff can immediately complete all recommendations and financial reports for 2020, with the hope that the Central Kalimantan Provincial Financial Reports can return to Unqualified, as has been achieved during the last 6 years. “I think it is natural that we meet the standard, not hoping that it is a record of achievement, (but) it is describing the condition of our financial management by meeting the Unqualified for the 2020 report,” concluded the Secretary.
