PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Acting provincial secretary Nuryakin attends Coordination Meeting on the Integration of Zonation Plan for Coastal Areas and Small Islands (RZWP3K) with the Provincial Spatial Plan (RTRWP), Thursday (09/09/2021) virtually via video conference from Bajakah Meeting Room, Governor’s Office.
Also being present on the Coordination Meeting held by the National Team for the National Strategy for Corruption Prevention (Stranas PK) were the Head of Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency Yuren S. Bahat and the Head of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Office Darliansjah.
Muhammad Isro, member of the National Secretariat of the National Strategy for Corruption Prevention explained that as mandated by the Job Creation Law, now the RZWP3K and RTRWP regulations are no longer separated.
“So, this is a huge task and a shared responsibility, not only for the local government, but also for us, at the central government. We will ask for opinions from representatives of each province to convey their progress and views,” he said.
Furthermore, Muhammad Isro explained that the purpose of this Coordination Meeting was related to the National Strategy for Corruption Prevention as stipulated in Presidential Regulation Number 54 of 2018. It was mentioned that there were 5 Ministries/Institutions as the National Team, namely Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform, Ministry of Home Affairs, Corruption Eradication Commission, Presidential Staff Office and National Development Planning Agency.
Every 2 years, this National Strategy for Corruption Prevention mandates anti-corruption actions and since 2019 there have been actions made. For the 2021-2022 actions, there are 12 actions, one of which is the Acceleration of Assurance of Natural Resources Licensing through the Implementation of One Map Policy of which RZWP3K and RTRWP are ones of the outputs.
“So, until the 2022’s target, hopefully we can complete the integration of RZWP3K and RTRWP,” said Muhammad Isro.
On that occasion, the Head of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Office Darliansjah said that the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government has formed a one map team which is currently working, especially regarding the review of RTRWP targets, reviewing RZWP3K targets, and preparing technical materials.
“Yesterday, September 6, 2021, we also held a zoom meeting with stakeholders, which was also facilitated by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and we have received input. We hope the target for Central Kalimantan’s RZWP3K will not change,” he explained.
“Then, for the acceleration, we also have coordinated with the Central Kalimantan Provincial House of the Representatives and it has been included in the Regional Legislation Program (Prolegda),” concluded Darliansjah. (win/renn/dmr/translated by feb)
