Deputy Governor: Transfer of Officials According to Evaluation of Performance and Needs of Institution
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo led the Handover of the Position of High Officials within the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, at Jayang Tingang Hall, the Second Floor of Governor’s Office, Thursday (2/12/2021).
In his remarks, Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo emphasized that the transfer of officials, both vertically and horizontally, refers to the evaluation of the officials’ performance in carrying out the mandate and is based on the needs of institution.
“It is to answer the challenges faced so that the performance of Central Kalimantan Provincial Government could be even better. The transfer is not solely based on authority, but it also pays attention to applicable employment norms, performance, competence, integrity, level of discipline, and various other aspects of human resource management, and is carried out carefully and thoroughly,” explained the Deputy Governor.
The Deputy Governor also hopes that the mutation and rotation of structural positions this time can provide improvement of services to the community by placing qualified and professional civil servants in positions that are in accordance with their capacities and competence.
On this occasion, Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo also expressed his gratitude and highest appreciation to the previous officials and expressed his hope that the newly inaugurated officials can make a breakthrough and be able to adapt.
Furthermore, the Deputy Governor asked the newly inaugurated officials to carry out the main duties and functions of the position as well as possible, to uphold discipline and professionalism, to work in accordance with the authority and applicable laws and regulations, to use facilities according to rank and position, and to coordinate well related to the administration of activity responsibilities.
“Congratulations and good luck, and let’s support together the Vision of Central Kalimantan Provincial Government in developing Central Kalimantan to be more BERKAH,” concluded Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo.
Meanwhile, Assistant III for General Administration Lies Fahimah in her report said that the handover of the High Official Position in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government was carried out today based on Decree of the Governor of Central Kalimantan Number 188.44/446/2021 of November 30, 2021 and Decree on Acting Officials from the Governor Central Kalimantan Number 800/782/II.1/BKD of November 30, 2021.
It was also stated that the Position Handover event was a follow-up to the Inauguration of High Officials, Administrator Officials, and Functional Officials in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, last Tuesday (30/11/2021).
The Handover of Position was carried out symbolically through 5 official representatives, namely Herson B. Aden who currently serves as the Governor’s Expert Staff for Government, Law, and Politics; Suhaemi who currently serves as the Governor’s Expert Staff for Social Affairs and Human Resources; Katma F. Dirun who currently serves as Assistant I for Government and People’s Welfare; Lisda Arriyana who currently serves as Head of the Regional Civil Service of Central Kalimantan Province; and Hamka who currently serves as the Head of Central Kalimantan Provincial Environment Office.
Also attending the Position Handover event were the Governor’s expert staff; Assistants of Provincial Secretary; as well as a number of Heads of Regional Institutions, Administrator Officials, and Supervisor Officials in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government. (ran/dmr/translated by feb)
