Acting Provincial Secretary Reminds Joint Commitment to Realize Value of Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) and Innovation Towards Good Predicate
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin, represented by Assistant for General Administration Lies Fahimah, chaired the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) Evaluation meeting and the 2021 Regional Innovation Index Evaluation, held in Eka Hapakat Hall, Governor’s Office, Monday (17/1) /2022).
Acting Provincial Secretary welcomed the implementation of this activity which was advantageous for realizing clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance as well as qualified and reliable public services. SPBE is a government administration that utilizes technology and communication in providing services to SPBE users. Development of SPBE service management is a series of processes to achieve effective, efficient, sustainable and qualified SPBE implementation.
As mandated by Presidential Decree No. 95/2018 on SPBE, to realize clean, accountable and qualified governance, an electronic-based government system is needed that requires integration between the Central and Regional government and also involves, among others, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Communications and Information, National Development Planning Agency, and Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT). Meanwhile in regions, the Regional Government SPBE Coordinator is held by Regional Secretary who coordinates the implementation of SPBE policies and it is then followed up by relevant regional institutions.
For that reason, Acting Provincial Secretary, represented by the Assistant for General Administration, conveyed several important things such as: to immediately establish Central Kalimantan SPBE Coordination Team in which each sector carries out its duties and functions in a coordinated manner, and to accelerate the completion of Governor’s Regulation on Central Kalimantan SPBE. It is hoped that, as a form of joint commitment, later in the evaluation, the results of the innovation index assessment will at least get a good predicate. “Hopefully the development and improvement of Central Kalimantan SPBE as a whole will lead to a good predicate,” hoped Acting Provincial Secretary.
Also being present to accompany the Assistant for General Administration in this meeting was Acting Head of Communications, Information, Coding and Statistics Office Agus Siswadi. The meeting was attended by all heads of Central Kalimantan provincial government institutions. (dew/trans.by feb)
