Central Kalimantan Deputy Governor Attends General Views of Factions on 3 Drafts of Regional Regulation
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan Edy Pratowo attended the 2nd Plenary Meeting of Session I Session Year 2022 virtually from the Meeting Room on the First Floor of the Governor’s Office, Thursday (13/1/2022).
This report is led by the Deputy Chairman of the Central Kalimantan Provincial House of the Representatives, Jimmy Carter. The Plenary Meeting has an agenda for conveying the general views of the factions supporting the Central Kalimantan Provincial House of the Representatives on 3 Drafts of Regional Regulation (Raperda) of Central Kalimantan Province.
The three Drafts of Regional Regulation discuss regional financial management, regional head election reserve funds in 2024, as well as the development of the Indonesian language and the preservation of regional languages in Central Kalimantan Province. The introductory speech to the three Drafts of Regional Regulation was delivered by Central Kalimantan Governor Sugianto Sabran at the 12th Plenary Meeting, Tuesday (30/11/2021).
A total of 7 factions conveyed their general views on the three Drafts of Regional Regulation of Central Kalimantan Province. These seven factions are: PDI-P, Partai Golongan Karya, Partai Demokrat, Partai Nasdem, Partai Gerindra, Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa, and joint fractions of PAN, PKS, PPP, Perindo, and Hanura (FGP4H).
All factions that presented their general views today stated that they could accept the three Drafts of Regional Regulation of Central Kalimantan Province for further discussion in accordance with the stages, timing, and mechanism for further discussion at the Central Kalimantan Provincial House of the Representatives.
“With regard to the questions and suggestions that have been submitted by the factions supporting the Council, for that we expect answers, responses, and explanations from the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, in this case the Governor of Central Kalimantan at the next Plenary Meeting,” said the Deputy Chair Jimmy Carter’s.
Today’s Plenary Meeting was attended by 25 members of the Central Kalimantan Provincial House of the Representatives, each of which as many as 10 people attended in person in the Plenary Meeting Room and as many as 15 people attended virtually.
In addition, the Plenary Meeting was also attended by Assistant of Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan for General Administration Lies Fahimah, Expert Staff of the Governor of Central Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan Provincial Leadership Coordination Forum, as well as the Heads of Representatives Agencies of Central Government and Heads of related Provincial Government Institutions.
