Following Up Directions of Governor Sugianto Sabran, Central Kalimantan Provincial Government Held a Coordination Meeting for Acceleration of Shrimp Estate Development Program
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The Central Kalimantan Provincial Government through the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service held a Coordination Meeting for the Acceleration of Shrimp Farming Development Program (Shrimp Estate). The coordination meeting was attended by the Acting Provincial Secretary, Nuryakin, at Bajakah I Meeting Room, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya, on Monday (10/1/2021) afternoon.
When giving his foreword, Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin said that this coordination meeting was held to follow up the directions of Governor Sugianto Sabran regarding the program for developing vaname shrimp farming areas.
“We held the meeting in accordance with the directions of the Governor regarding the acceleration of shrimp farming area development in Central Kalimantan,” said the Acting Provincial Secretary.
On this occasion, Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin appreciated PT Bank Kalteng for supporting the Shrimp Estate development program.
“We thank PT Bank Kalteng for providing full support with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the activities of preparing the Survey Investigation Design (SID) and Detail Engineering Design (DED) documents for the development of the vaname shrimp farming area or shrimp estate,” said the Acting Provincial Secretary.
After giving the foreword, Acting Provincial Secretary, Nuryakin, symbolically received the Survey Investigation Design (SID) and Detail Engineering Design (DED) documents for the development of vaname shrimp farming area from the President Director of PT Bank Kalteng Yayah Diasmono.
In addition, the Acting Provincial Secretary revealed the need for support from banking industry to assist the program.
“There needs to be a breakthrough in the form of support from banking industry, investors including the Public Service Agency for the Fisheries and Marine Business Capital Management Agency (BLU LPMUKP) of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries,” he said.
Also attending the meeting were the Assistant for Economics and Development Leonard S. Ampung, Head of the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service Darliansjah, Head of Representative Office of Central Kalimantan Financial Services Authority Otto Fittiandy, Chairmen of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) and Heads of relevant provincial government institutions.
