Minister of Home Affairs Inaugurated a number of Middle High Leadership Officials, Acting Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan Attended Event Virtually
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The Acting Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan H. Nuryakin virtually attended the Inauguration of Middle High Leadership Officials within the Ministry of Home Affairs from Bajakah 2 Meeting Room, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya on Thursday (10 /3/2022).
On that occasion, the Minister of Home Affairs Muhammad Tito Karnavian directly inaugurated a number of Middle High Leadership Officials of the Ministry of Home Affairs at Sasana Bhakti Praja Building, Ministry of Home Affairs, Central Jakarta. The inauguration ceremony which was held in a hybrid manner was witnessed virtually via video conference by Regional Governments throughout Indonesia.
Also present to accompany the Acting Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan were the Head of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency H. Kaspinor and the Acting Head of the Regional Revenue Agency Anang Dirjo.
The names of the Middle High Leadership Officials who were sworn in on the occasion were H. Suhajar Diantoro as Secretary General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, H. Teguh Setyabudi as Director General of Regional Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Agus Fatoni as Director General of Regional Financial Development of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Sugeng Hariyono as Head of the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and Eko Prasetyanto Purnomo Putro as Head of the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
When delivering his remarks, Minister of Home Affairs Tito advised his staff and local governments who were present virtually to be able to quickly adapt in the midst of change. “I always convey the bad possibilities along with the solutions to solve them, to be more transparent. In the midst of these changes, if we do not adapt quickly, we will be run over. So, we have to develop good practices, evaluate, make changes to the system,” he said.
Furthermore, the Minister of Home Affairs also said that it was necessary to make changes and reform the bureaucracy for better public services. “The point is the change towards a better public service and we really reform the bureaucracy, this is the time. I ask the Ministry of Home Affairs to be an example for local governments. And, all fellows from the Regional Governments, please, do the same, keep the bureaucratic reformation not just a promise, but really change the ecosystem, then place the right people,” said Minister of Home Affairs Tito.
