Assistant for Government and Public Welfare Attended Tabligh Akbar and Conveyed Governor’s Message to Maintain Harmony and Peace
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Assistant for Government and Public Welfare Katma F. Dirun, representing the Central Kalimantan Governor attended the Tabligh Akbar event with K.H. Ahmad Sanusi Ibrahim at the Darussalam Grand Mosque, Thursday night (21/4/2022).
The Tabligh Akbar was held to commemorate the Nuzulul Qur’an as well as the MoU signing for the Management of the Darussalam Grand Mosque Tower.
“On behalf of my own, the community, and the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, we welcome K.H. Ahmad Sanusi Ibrahim (Guru Jaro) and his entourage at Land of Tambun Bungai, Land of Pancasila, Central Kalimantan Province. Hopefully this evening’s event will always be blessed by the Almighty God,” said Governor in his remarks read by the Assistant Katma F. Dirun.
Furthermore, the Governor emphasized that a peaceful and prosperous life must be pursued together.
The governor hoped that the Tabligh Akbar event will be a positive forum for the people of Central Kalimantan in increasing unity towards goodness.
In the momentum of the Holy month of Ramadan in the Year 1443 Hijriah, the Governor invited all people to demonstrate that Central Kalimantan was built on the basis of kinship and togetherness as well as diversity in the spirit of “Huma Betang Philosophy”.
“Maintain the harmony and peace that we have fostered so far while remaining alert to various threats and social vulnerabilities that can disrupt the beauty of our togetherness and the solemnity of this glorious and blessed Holy Month of Ramadan,” the Governor ordered.
The Tabligh Akbar event was preceded by reading the holy verses of the Qur’an and continued with the MoU signing for the Management of the Darussalam Mosque Tower and ended with a tausyiah from K.H. Ahmad Sanusi Ibrahim or well known as Guru Jaro. (dew/ist/transl.feb)
