Attending FGD for Formulation of Grand Design of Central Kalimantan 2045, Expert Staff Conveyed Governor’s Hope: Realize Dignified and Prosperous Long-Term Development
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Governor’s Expert Staff for Government, Law, and Politics Herson B. Aden, representing the Central Kalimantan Governor attended Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the preparation of the 2025 Central Kalimantan Grand Design, held at Bappedalitbang Multipurpose Hall, Palangka Raya on Wednesday (20/4/2022).
The Focus Group Discussion on the preparation of Central Kalimantan Grand Design is a phase II of public consultation to obtain input, feedback, and views from various sources.
On the occasion, the Governor’s Expert Staff for Government, Law, and Politics said that the Central Kalimantan Governor advised that the Grand Design of Central Kalimantan for 2045 could be integrated with one another.
“In the future, we must put more emphasis on the downstream process of natural resource products and build industrial areas that are integrated with seaports, so that they will have a multiplier effect on the economy of Central Kalimantan,” he said.
Furthermore, the Governor’s Expert Staff for Government, Law and Politics, Herson B. Aden, expressed the hope of Central Kalimantan Governor that the Grand Design 2045 document would be able to create a prosperous and dignified society.
“The Governor hopes that the Central Kalimantan Grand Design 2045 document is truly able to realize the goals and objectives of Central Kalimantan’s Long-Term Development in order to create a prosperous and dignified Central Kalimantan society,” said the Governor’s Expert Staff.
Being present at the event were the Director of Spatial Planning and Disaster Management of the Ministry of National Development Planning Sumedi Andano Mulyo, Division Head of Research and Development of Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency Mimi, as well as a number of regional government institution representatives.
