Representing Acting Provincial Secretary, Assistant for Economics and Development Attended Coordination Meeting to Discuss Single Fuel Price Program in Kalimantan Region
BEKASI – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Assistant for Economics and Development Leonard S. Ampung, representing the Acting Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan Nuryakin, attended a Coordination Meeting to Discuss Improvement of Access Lines for Fuel Distribution Towards Single Fuel Price Distribution Agent for Kalimantan Region, located at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions, Jalan Raya Bulevard Ahmad Yani Blok M Summarecon Bekasi, West Java, Wednesday (13/4/2022).
In his presentation, the Assistant conveyed the quotas for certain types of fuel (subsidized bio-solar) for Central Kalimantan in 2022, list of the gas station distribution agents for single fuel price that have been operating in Central Kalimantan, distributors for single fuel price in Central Kalimantan, as well as data on the distribution distance of fuel to gas stations for single fuel price and supply point in Central Kalimantan.
Meanwhile, as conveyed by the Assistant, so far there are 2 single fuel price distribution agents that will operate in Central Kalimantan, namely PT. Winda Natalia Saconk and PT. Asam Baru Citra Seruyan, each of which will have offices in Tumbang Village, Sanaman Mantikei District, Katingan Regency and in Sandul Village, Batu Ampar District, Seruyan Regency.
Also attending the meeting along with the Assistant were the Regent of Seruyan Yulhaidir, Deputy Regent of North Barito Sugianto Panala Putra, Assistant for Economics and Development of the Regional Secretariat of Seruyan Regency Adhian Noor, and Assistant for Economics and Development of the Regional Secretariat of North Barito Regency Rakhmat Muratni.
This coordination meeting was attended, among others, by the Assistant for Economics and Development of East Kalimantan, the Head of Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Kalimantan, the Regent of Bulungan, the Assistant for Economics and Development of the Regional Secretariat of Mahakam Ulu Regency, the Assistant for Economics and Development of the Regional Secretariat of Ketapang Regency, and the Head of Trade and Industry for SMEs Office of Sintang Regency. Meanwhile, from the ministries/agencies, a number of officials from the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing and the Ministry of Transportation were present.
As stated in Presidential Regulation Number 191 of 2014, Certain Types of Fuel, hereinafter referred to as Certain Types of Fuel, are fuels originating and/or processed from petroleum and/or fuel originating and/or processing from mixed crude oil with biofuels as other fuels with certain types, standards and quality (specifications), prices, volumes, and consumers and are given subsidies.
The single fuel price policy is a government program so that people in 3T areas outside Java can enjoy the same fuel prices as in Java, so as to realize social justice for all Indonesian people and provide a multiplier effect on economic growth in the region.
The single fuel price program was launched, starting from Article 33 Paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution which states that the national economy is organized based on economic democracy with the principles of togetherness, efficiency, justice, sustainability, environmental insight, independence, and by maintaining a balance of progress and national economic unity.
