Provincial Secretary Nuryakin Attends Civil Service Coordination Meeting for Regional Office VIII of National Civil Service Agency
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Provincial Secretary Nuryakin attended Civil Service Coordination Meeting for the Regional Office VIII of the National Civil Service Agency (BKN), at Bahalap Hotel, Palangka Raya on Wednesday (18/5/2022).
While delivering his remarks, Provincial Secretary Nuryakin expressed his welcome to the Acting Head of the National Civil Service Agency in Central Kalimantan Province.
“I warmly welcome the Acting Head of the National Civil Service Agency, Dr. Ir. Bima Haria Wibisana, MSIS in the Land of Tambun Bungai, Land of Pancasila, Land of Blessings, Central Kalimantan,” said the Secretary.
In particular, Nuryakin appreciates and welcomes the coordination meeting which is expected to increase understanding regarding the personnel policies.
“This coordination meeting is intended as a vehicle to increase understanding related to the strategic personnel policies and personnel management, so as to improve performance in personnel administration, both at the center and in the regions to realize state civil apparatus with virtuous character and to realize a merit system in the government bureaucracy in Central Kalimantan Province,” said the Secretary.
Furthermore, the Secretary stated the importance of the role of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the transformation of human resource management policies.
“As a key tool that plays an important role in carrying out government programs, ASN needs to fully understand the entire transformation of Human Resource management policies, so that they can support a superior governance system,” said Nuryakin.
Nuryakin hopes that this coordination meeting can be fruitful and run well.
“We hope that all participants in this activity can participate as well as possible and can provide information, suggestions, and input related to all existing staffing problems, so that at the end of the Coordination Meeting a formula can be produced which can serve as further guidelines,” concluded the Secretary.
Being present at the event were Acting Head of the National Civil Service Agency Bima Haria Wibisana, Deputy for Supervision and Control of National Civil Service Agency Otok Kuswandaru, Deputy for Mutations of National Civil Service Agency Aris Windiyanto, Head of Regional Office VIII of National Civil Service Agency Darmuji, and Head of Regional Civil Service Agency Lisda Arriyana.
