Representing Governor, Expert Staff for Government, Law, and Politics Opened The XI Provincial Conference of Central Kalimantan INKINDO
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The Governor of Central Kalimantan Sugianto Sabran, represented by the Governor’s Expert Staff for Government, Law, and Politics Herson B. Aden, opened the XI Provincial Conference of the Central Kalimantan National Association of Indonesian Consultants (INKINDO), at Swissbel Hotel Danum, Wednesday (25/5/2022).
This conference carried the theme “Central Kalimantan INKINDO’s Synergy in Supporting Nusantara State Capital Establishment” with the sub-theme “Empowering Local Consultants in Supporting the Establishment”. This activity aimed to elect the head of the formation as well as to determine the organizational policies of the Central Kalimantan INKINDO in the future.
The Governor of Central Kalimantan, through the Governor’s Expert Staff Herson B. Aden, expressed his appreciation for the implementation of the Central Kalimantan INKINDO Provincial Conference because it is a positive step in the framework of uniting perceptions and understanding of Central Kalimantan INKINDO’ responsibility in carrying out the mandate of members and the development mandate.
“This conference is expected to be able to provide input to the Provincial Government and other related institutions, especially the planners, implementers, supervisors, and people in charge of infrastructure in Central Kalimantan to achieve well-planned infrastructure development according to the Masterplan, carried out on quality, on time, and in a timely manner, right on the budget, and in line with the grand strategy that is implemented consistently,” said the Governor.
Furthermore, the Governor hoped that construction service providers and relevant stakeholders can respond with readiness, agility, and correctness to the dynamics of change and demands for infrastructure needs in order to improve the performance and quality of service providers.
The same thing was expressed by the General Chair of the INKINDO National Executive Board in his remarks, “Each member of INKINDO must demonstrate good governance, competence, and accountability. The existence of HR is required to be able to adapt and to manage the changes.
This conference was also attended directly by members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, Head of the Central Kalimantan Public Works and Housing Office Sholahudin, Head of the Central Kalimantan Housing, Settlements and Land Affairs Office Erlin Hadi, heads of Central Kalimantan construction service associations, and was attended virtually by Deputy Mayor of Palangka Raya.
