Deputy Governor Inaugurated Regional Commissariat Management of FORSESDASI of Central Kalimantan Province 2021-2024
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan H. Edy Pratowo officially inaugurated the Regional Commissariat Management of Indonesian Regional Secretary Forum (FORSESDASI) of Central Kalimantan Province for the period 2021-2024, located in Jayang Tingang Hall, Governor’s Office, Thursday (2/6/2022).
Being present to accompany the Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo at today’s inauguration ceremony were the Chair of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Central Kalimantan Province, Harmain Ibrahim and the Head of the Organization Bureau, Lilis Suryani.
The inauguration, which was carried out based on Decree of the FORSESDASI Regional Committee of Central Kalimantan Province Number 01/KOMWIL/FORSESDASI/2022, was also attended by Regional Secretaries throughout Central Kalimantan Province, including the Regional Secretary of Palangka Raya Municipality, Hera Nugrahayu as the Chair of Regional Commissariat Management of Indonesian Regional Secretary Forum (FORSESDASI) of Central Kalimantan Province for the 2021-2024 period and the Regional Secretary of Gunung Mas Regency Yansiterson as the Chair of Regional Commissariat Management of Indonesian Regional Secretary Forum (FORSESDASI) of Central Kalimantan Province for the 2019-2021 period.
Reading the remarks of the Governor of Central Kalimantan, Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo said that in the administration of Regional Government, the Regional Secretary plays a key role as a leader of change for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the region. “It’s not enough to just be a role model, but must be a guardian for the core values of ASN, so as to create ASN who have morals in carrying out their work for the benefit of the whole community,” said Governor Sugianto Sabran in his speech read by Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo.
In his remarks, the Governor reminded FORSESDASI not to participate in politics or become an exclusive organization and not be a burden to the Regional Government, but to become an organization that has positive benefits for regional interests, national interests, and state interests.
On this occasion, the Governor also reminded all parties to remain vigilant and take care of each other’s health even though the Covid-19 case has been decreasing.
Meanwhile, regarding the current outbreak of foot and mouth disease in livestock, the Governor ordered all Regional Secretaries to immediately coordinate with all stakeholders to anticipate the spread of the disease in the Central Kalimantan region, especially on 9 July 2022, Muslims will commemorate Eid al-Adha, which requires many animal sacrifices such as cows and goats.
Furthermore, the Governor appealed to the Regional Secretaries and all the ranks to participate in the success of the upcoming 2024 Regional Head and Deputy Regional Head Election so that it will run in an orderly and safe manner. “As for State Civil Apparatus, they must always maintain neutrality and be able to carry out their role as an adhesive element of national unity and integrity,” concluded the Governor.
For the media crew after the activity, Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo expressed his hope that through this Forum, we could synergize the Central Kalimantan regions, exchange information with each other, exchange opinions on matters that are the duties and responsibilities of the Regional Secretary. “Of course, in the province as well, this is the direction of the Governor, Deputy Governor, Regional Secretary, through this Forum, I hope it be able to synergize more tasks related to Central Kalimantan’s development,” hoped the Deputy Governor.
“With this forum, we hope it can be an exchange of ideas, can unite the vision and mission on how the process of accelerating development in Central Kalimantan towards Central Kalimantan to be more BERKAH,” added Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo. (ran/fen/transl.feb)
