Deputy Governor Officially Closed Administrator Leadership Training for Batch III, IV, V, And VI of Central Kalimantan Province 2022
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo officially closed the Administrator Leadership Training (PKA) Batch III, IV, V, and VI of Central Kalimantan 2022 virtually from the Deputy Governor’s Meeting Room, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya on Thursday (9/6/2022).
Being present accompanying the Deputy Governor at the event were the Assistant for General Administration Sri Suwanto, Governor’s Expert Staff for Community and Human Resources Suhaemi, and Head of the Human Resources Development Agency Sri Widanarni.
This training is held in order to develop the competence of Administrator officials so that they can meet managerial competency standards, so that they will be able to encourage increased performance of government administration and the quality of public services.
“Of course, it is hoped that this leadership (training) activity will make a positive contribution to better public services,” said the Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan Edy Pratowo on the occasion.
Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo also expressed his appreciation to Human Resources Development Agency at Provincial and Regency/Municipality level for being able to organize this Administrator Leadership Training activity. “High appreciation to the heads of Human Resources Development Agency and the ranks, both at the Provincial and Regency / Municipality level, who have sent the participants,” said the Deputy Governor.
Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo then also conveyed the hope of Central Kalimantan Governor Sugianto Sabran to all participants of the Administrator Leadership Training to be able to adapt all the lessons that have been learned and be able to implement them in their respective agencies.
“So that a competitive bureaucracy is achieved to support the achievement of local government performance through the vision and mission of the regional government that has been set to make Central Kalimantan more BERKAH,” concluded Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo.
Furthermore, at the event, the Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan, Edy Pratowo, also opened the Exhibition of Innovation for Changes of the Administrator Leadership Training Participants. The exhibition is expected to be a source of learning for other State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Central Kalimantan to produce various innovations.
Meanwhile, Head of Central Kalimantan Human Resources Development Agency Sri Widanarni in her report said that ASN innovations in the exhibition would later be submitted to the Agency of Regional Development Planning, Research and Development, as regional innovations that could be considered for reporting to the Central Government, so as to increase the Central Kalimantan Provincial Innovation Index.
The Leadership Training for Administrators Batch III, IV, V, and VI of Central Kalimantan Province was attended by a total of 179 participants, consisting of 40 Civil Apparatus from Provincial Government and 139 Civil Apparatus from Regency/Municipality Government. This training lasts for 91 days or the equivalent of 970 Lesson Hours (JP). (set/fer/transl.feb)
