Governor Attended Virtually Pancasila Day Ceremony

PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Governor of Central Kalimantan H. Sugianto Sabran attended the Pancasila Day Ceremony. The Governor was present accompanied by the Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan H. Edy Pratowo and Provincial Secretary Drs. Nuryakin, M.Si as well as the members of Regional Leadership Coordination Forum. The governor attended virtually the Pancasila Day Ceremony which was held in Ende, East Nusa Tenggara Province on Wednesday (1/6/2022).
The President Joko Widodo acted as the Inspector in the State Ceremony of Pancasila Day at Pancasila Field, Ende Regency and in his speech invited the nation’s youth to live Pancasila in life.
“From the City of Ende, I invite all people of this nation wherever they are, to work together to live Pancasila and actualize the noble values of Pancasila in the life of society, nation and state,” the President said in his mandate.
From the historic city where the Proclaimer Bung Karno contemplated and formulated Pancasila, the President said that Pancasila not only unites people, but also becomes a guiding star when the nation faces trials. This has been proven many times in the history of the nation and state because society is based on Pancasila.
The President also reminded all people to truly practice the values of Pancasila and fight for the realization of a system of society, nationhood and statehood. He also asked for the implementation of good governance that would lead the interaction among people of this nation.
“This is our responsibility. It is the duty of all components of the nation to make the ideology of Pancasila work, whose presence is real and its benefits are fruitful for all people of our nation,” he stressed.
The President also said that the world situation is still amidst the Covid-19 pandemic and the energy, food, poverty, and war crises. Therefore, according to Jokowi as the holder of the mandate of the G20 Presidency in 2022, Indonesia invites all developed countries to build a global health system that can face crises in the future.
“Of course, we need healthy, humane and fair governance,” he said. At the end of his state speech, the President invited all government leaders, religious leaders, community leaders, and other leaders to be role models and examples in actualizing the values of Pancasila. “Strengthening the values of Pancasila, realizing advanced Indonesia and the ideals of the proclamation of independence,” he said.
