Improving Management of Civil Servants’ Performance, Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Held Technical Guidance on Personnel Administration
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Assistant for General Administration Sri Suwanto, representing the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan attended the Opening of Technical Guidance on Personnel Administration within the Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province, at the Hall of Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), Palangka Raya on Tuesday (21/6/2022).
This technical guidance organized by the Executive Administration Bureau of Central Kalimantan Regional Secretariat aims to provide guidance, knowledge, and understanding of Civil Servants in preparing the Employee Performance Targets (SKP) and managing the performance of Civil Servants in accordance with Minister Regulation of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number 6 of 2022.
When reading the speech of the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan, the Assistant revealed that bureaucratic reform must be supported by bureaucratic transformation, namely changing the mindset and work culture of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
“Bureaucracy Reform demands a change in the mindset and work culture of the State Civil Apparatus. Without the support of the ASN transformation, it would be impossible for Bureaucratic Reform to be realized. Therefore, the internalization of basic values or Core Values of AKHLAK (Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) must be fostered into ASN work culture,” he said.
On this occasion, the Assistant Sri Suwanto hoped that breakthroughs and innovations would come from the Executive Administration Bureau to support efforts to accelerate bureaucratic reform in the field of personnel administration.
“I hope that the Executive Administration Bureau can create various breakthroughs and innovations through other useful programs to support efforts to accelerate bureaucratic reform and improve the quality of human resources and ASN performance, especially in the Regional Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province, in order to realize Central Kalimantan has a character full of BERKAH, said the Assistant.
Furthermore, the Assistant hopes that the technical guidance on personnel administration can improve the performance of the bureaucracy in their respective agencies to serve the community.
“I advise you to follow these activities seriously, don’t hesitate to ask questions if something is not clear, so you can understand the material provided and be able to implement it in your respective bureaus to improve bureaucratic performance that is more dynamic, professional, and with integrity in serving the community,” he said.
