Representing Governor, Secretary Nuryakin Released Departure of Central Kalimantan Hajj Candidates Batch 5 Banjarmasin Embarkation
BANJARMASIN, SOUTH KALIMANTAN – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Provincial Secretary H. Nuryakin, representing Governor H. Sugianto Sabran, released the departure of the Pilgrims for Hajj Candidates of Central Kalimantan Batch 5 Banjarmasin Embarkation Year 1443 H/2022 AD. The release ceremony took place in the Jeddah Hall of Banjarmasin Embarkation Hajj Dormitory, South Kalimantan, Saturday (18/6/2022).
In 2022, Central Kalimantan released 752 Hajj Candidates. Meanwhile, the departed Batch 5 came from Palangka Raya Municipality, East Kotawaringin Regency, West Kotawaringin Regency, Lamandau Regency, Gunung Mas Regency, and Pulang Pisau Regency.
“I wish you all great Hajj while praying that you all will be Mabrur Hajj,” said the Governor through the Provincial Secretary, Nuryakin, starting his release remarks.
The governor also conveyed a message for the candidates of Hajj pilgrims to pay attention to several things, including preparing themselves as well as possible, adapting, and mingling with all other candidates of Hajj pilgrims, with the situation and conditions that exist in the country.
“The hajj pilgrimage that you should carry out will lead to a change in behavior, mental and spiritual, not only to be better for yourself, but also for other people, region, nation, and country,” the Governor ordered.
In addition, it is hoped that the candidates of Hajj pilgrims will develop a spirit of togetherness, tolerance, and compassion for others and always maintain health conditions.
“To all officers; the Regional Hajj Officer Team (PHD), Batch Officers, Health Officers, and Hajj Supervisors, be able to provide optimal services and assistance for all Central Kalimantan Hajj Candidates,” said the Governor.
Finally, the Governor through the Regional Secretary Nuryakin advised that during the Hajj pilgrimage, the congregations would offer prayers for the country, especially the Province of Central Kalimantan, so that they would always be in harmony, peace, serenity, security, and prosperity within the framework of diversity and togetherness, for the realization of Central Kalimantan Berakhlak and full of BERKAH.
Furthermore, the release ceremony was marked by the symbolic handing over of sarongs and mukena as well as cash assistance from the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government for Hajj pilgrims which were handed over by the Provincial Secretary Nuryakin to the Leader of Batch 5 H. Tuani Ismail.
Being present on the occasion were the Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Central Kalimantan Province H. Noor Fahmi, the Head of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in South Kalimantan, the Chair of PPIH Banjarmasin Embarkation H. Muhammad Thambrin, the Chair of the Central Kalimantan MUI, and a number of officials of the Representative Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in South Kalimantan Province.
