Ministry of Health Updated Exit Test Provisions
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The Public Communications Team of Central Kalimantan Covid-19 Handling Task Force delivered a press release regarding the data on the Covid-19 pandemic until Thursday (24/02/2022) at 3 p.m.
In a statement released this time, the Covid-19 Handling Task Force said that the Ministry of Health had updated the provisions for the exit test or test to determine the completion of the isolation period with the one time PCR test only, which was carried out five days after the first test result declared positive for Covid-19.
With this latest regulation, if the PCR test result on the 5th day shows a negative result, the PeduliLindung status will change to green. If you do not perform a PCR exit test, the status will automatically turn green on H+10. This change is effective from 22 February 2022.
Until today, the new confirmed cases always occur every day in Central Kalimantan. This has the potential to continue to happen if people are not disciplined in implementing health protocols in their daily activities. Therefore, the Central Kalimantan Covid-19 Task Force Team hopes that all Central Kalimantan people will continue to be disciplined in implementing health protocols as a form of adaptation to new habits.
Furthermore, the data of Central Kalimantan Covid-19 today is as follows:
- There were 365 people for confirmation cases, namely in Palangka Raya (185 people), Katingan (10 people), East Kotawaringin (27 people), West Kotawaringin (13 people), Lamandau (4 people), Sukamara (4 people), Seruyan (15 people), Pulang Pisau (14 people), Kapuas (48 people), Gumas (17 people), South Barito (17 people), East Barito (6 people), and North Barito (5 people), so from 51,781 people to 52,146 people.
- There were 242 patients recovered, namely in Palangka Raya (79 people), Katingan (5 people), East Kotawaringin (67 people), West Kotawaringin (17 people), Sukamara (1 person), Seruyan (6 people), Pulang Pisau (3 people), Kapuas (31 people), Gunung Mas (20 people), South Barito (8 people), East Barito (4 people), and North Barito (1 person), so the total is 46,618 people.
- There were 119 patients under treatment, so from 3,804 people increased to 3,923 people.
- There were 4 Cases of Death, 1 person in Palangka Raya, 1 person in Katingan, 1 person in Pulang Pisau, and 1 person in North Barito, bringing the total to 1,605 people, with a mortality rate (CFR) of 3.1%.
- Bed Occupancy in Hospitals (BOR), Intensive Beds decreased in Bed Occupancy (2.44%), so that from 34.15% to 31.71%, where there were 1 regency and 1 municipality with BOR above 50 %, namely West Kotawaringin and Palangka Raya Municipality, while Bed Insulation experienced a decrease in Bed Occupancy (3.04%), so from 26.32% to 23.28%, where there was 1 regency with BOR above 50 %, namely Murung Raya Regency.
- The achievement of the vaccination target is 2,036,104, the realization of Dose I Vaccination for Central Kalimantan Province has reached 92.06%. All regencies/municipality have achieved above 70% of Dose I Vaccination. (win/transl.feb)
