Bureaucracy Reform Team of Central Kalimantan Province is Committed to Be More Intensive in Increasing Value of SAKIP and RB
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Assistant for General Administration Lies Fahimah attended virtually the 2021 SAKIP & RB AWARD event from Bajakah 2 Meeting Room, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya on Tuesday (5/4/2022).
The Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) submitted the results of the performance accountability evaluation and implementation of Bureaucratic Reform for Provincial/Regency/City Government Institutions in 2021. The submission of the evaluation results is packaged in the 2021 SAKIP & RB AWARD.
The award presentation with the spirit of “Synergy Together, Change for Better” was held by the Ministry of PANRB virtually and directly at the event location. Being present at the venue were the Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB Rini Widyantini and the Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability, and Supervision Erwan Agus Purwanto.
The Heads of Non-Ministerial Government Institutions were also present such as the Secretary Generals, Principal Secretaries, and Ministerial Secretaries; Middle and Senior High Leadership Officials in Government Institutions; as well as Regional Leaders and Secretaries throughout Indonesia in a hybrid manner.
Deputy for Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability, and Supervision Erwan Agus Purwanto when delivering the report explained, “This morning’s event is the end of a series of evaluation activities for government agency performance accountability and bureaucratic reform after previously carried out a series of fairly long evaluation stages.”
Through the official website of the Ministry of PANRB, it was further explained that the evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform (RB) was held to find out improvement in all aspects of the bureaucracy, so that the goals of bureaucratic reform were achieved, such as an ideal bureaucracy, free from corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN), capable, and able to provide excellent services in society. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the Performance Accountability System for Government Agencies (SAKIP) is used to determine whether Ministries/Agencies/Local Governments are able to perform efficiency and effectiveness in the use of the budget.
During the award ceremony, the Minister of PANRB Tjahjo Kumolo, through the Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB, Rini Widyantini, said that transformation is an element that is attached to bureaucratic reform. “President Joko Widodo emphasized the importance of bureaucratic transformation to find a fast and appropriate way to deal with the turmoil of change, challenges and opportunities through innovations to realize better governance,” said the Minister of PANRB Tjahjo Kumolo through the Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB Rini Widyantini.
Furthermore, the Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB explained that in order to realize the ideals of good governance, it requires real commitment and continuous improvement in various aspects of governance.
“The results of the evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform and SAKIP in 2021 nationally show a tendency for positive results. I convey my greatest appreciation to the Provincial, Regency, City Governments that have consistently made various improvements, so that they get the RB SAKIP for B, BB, A, and AA grade,” said Secretary of the Ministry of PANRB Rini Widyantini.
Meanwhile, based on the evaluation results announced at the 2021 SAKIP & RB AWARD event, the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government for the evaluation results of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) category received a B grade and got CC for Bureaucratic Reform (RB).
Responding to the evaluation results, Assistant for General Administration Lies Fahimah conveyed the commitment of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, through the Bureaucratic Reform Team led by the Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin.
“We are committed to follow up on it more intensely and massively. For Provinces and Regencies/Cities, we invite you to increase the values even better for SAKIP and also RB for Central Kalimantan to be more BERKAH, ASN with good morals, and proud to serve the nation,” concluded the Assistant for General Administration.
Being present to accompany the Assistant at the event in Bajakah 2 Meeting Room were the Head of the Human Resources Development Agency Sri Widanarni, as well as the representatives from the Organization Bureau, Regional Government and Autonomy Bureau, and the Inspectorate. (renn/fen/transl.feb)
