Central Kalimantan Government Held Dissemination on Goods/Services Procurement Regulations

PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The Assistant for Government and People’s Welfare Katma F. Dirun, representing the Provincial Secretary opened a dissemination activity on the Regulations for Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute Number 9 of 2021 concerning Online Stores and Local Catalogs and Decree of the Head of LKPP Number 122 of 2022 concerning Electronic Catalog Procedures held at Eka Hapakat Hall, Central Kalimantan Governor’s Office, Wednesday (25/05/2022). This dissemination activity is a follow-up to Central Kalimantan Governor Sugianto Sabran to all relevant parties based on the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia.

In his speech read by Assistant for Government and People’s Welfare Katma F. Dirun, the Provincial Secretary revealed that in the context of developing the Central Kalimantan Province Local Catalog, dissemination was carried out with the aim of disseminating information to stakeholders.

“In addition, in an effort to encourage and support the Local Catalog of Central Kalimantan Province to be more developed, in terms of the number of proposed commodities, it is hoped that it will increase the involvement of local catalog providers, as well as the support of Regional Government Institutions/Agencies to support the existence of the Local Catalog by means of transactions and purchasing goods in the Central Kalimantan Local Catalog,” he said.

Furthermore, the Provincial Secretary explained that currently the Central Kalimantan Local Catalog is still in the process of being announced and will involve catalog providers in the implementation process.

“For this reason, each Regional Government Institution should participate in encouraging Local Catalog business actors as partners of each Regional Government Institution /Agency to take part in registering in accordance with Central Kalimantan Province Catalog commodities,” he said.

Currently, the storefront has 10 commodities, including the Official Clothing, Cleaning Services, Ready Mix Concrete, Asphalt, Security Services, Vehicle Services, Materials, Basic Materials, Stationery, and Food and Beverages.

“Let’s take advantage of this dissemination to increase the capacity and capability of Local Catalog Managers in UKPBJ at Regency/Municipality level in order to obtain information on how to continue the Local Catalog process after the establishment of the storefront, announcement, and registration of prospective Local Catalog providers until the Local Catalog process is broadcast,” concluded the Provincial Secretary through the Assistant Katma F. Dirun.

The resource persons for this dissemination activity were Ari Sulindra and Muhammad Fakhri Naupaldi from the Directorate of Catalog System Development for the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP). (win/transl.feb)
