Governor and Chairman of Dayak Indigenous Council (DAD) of Central Kalimantan Handed Over 30 Thousand Masks in Sampit
SAMPIT – PROTOCOL AND PUBLIC COMMUNICATION BUREAU. Central Kalimantan Governor Sugianto Sabran and the Chairman of Dayak Indigenous Council (DAD) of Central Kalimantan Agustiar Sabran distributed and handed over aid in form of masks to the community in Sampit, East Kotawaringin Regency, Thursday (4/23/2020).
The 30 thousand masks were handed over to journalist representatives of Radar Sampit, youth and religious leaders, as well as the Dayak indigenous community organizations. This activity was centered at Radar Sampit office.
The mask handover activity showed the concern for all levels of society and care for the journalist profession as the spearhead of reporting in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic (Corona Virus). This effort is expected to reduce the massive spread of Corona in addition to maintaining distance and to keep a clean and healthy lifestyle. (ran/ist/translated by feb)
