PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Acting Provincial Secretariat Nuryakin attended the Ministry of Home Affairs’ event berAKHLAK from Bajakah Room, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya on Wednesday (23/2/2022).

The event which was held virtually by the Ministry of Home Affairs brought the theme “Transformation of Work Culture in Era 4.0”. This event aimed to encourage the achievement of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) with AKHLAK. Having AKHLAK is a core value which has the meaning of Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative.

This event was attended by the Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian along with the ranks of the Ministry of Home Affairs throughout Indonesia.

When delivering his speech at this event, the Minister Tito Karnavian demanded the programs of the Ministry of Home Affairs to give AKHLAK benefits for all parties, it was not only oriented to budget realization.

“I don’t want this event to be just an event in order to spend the budget or the realization of spending. That’s not my goal. My goal is that with this event, all are fully aware of what is happening in our environment and it affects the organization, as well as individuals. Things that have significant benefits for all of us,” said the Minister Tito Karnavian.

Furthermore, the Minister Tito Karnavian hoped that this event would provide new perspectives and understanding to all levels of the Ministry of Home Affairs facing the digital era 4.0.

“I hope this momentum will provide a change in our mindset and culture, and I hope all parties will develop in the digital era 4.0,” said the Minister.

Being present at this event were the Assistant for General Administration Lies Fahimah, the Head of the Provincial Civil Service Agency Lisda Arriyana, the Acting Head of Organization Bureau Lilis Suriani, and the Acting Head of Executive Administration Bureau Johni Sonder. (rik/transl.feb)
