Acting Regional Secretary Linae Victoria Aden, representing Governor Agustiar Sabran, welcomes Secretary of the Vatican Embassy to Indonesia Mgr. Michael Pawlowicz at the VIP Room of Tjilik Riwut Airport Palangka Raya, Saturday (9/5/2026).
PALANGKA RAYA – ADPIM BUREAU. Acting Regional Secretary Linae Victoria Aden, representing Governor Agustiar Sabran, welcomes Secretary of the Vatican Embassy to Indonesia Mgr. Michael Pawlowicz at the VIP Room of Tjilik Riwut Airport Palangka Raya, Saturday (9/5/2026).

Mgr. Michael Pawlowicz currently serves as the acting representative of the Holy See in Indonesia following the completion of Archbishop Piero Pioppo’s diplomatic mission in September 2025.
His visit to Bumi Tambun Bungai is to attend the 25th anniversary of Bishop Aloysius Maryadi Sutrisnaatmaka, MSF’s episcopal ordination in the Diocese of Palangka Raya.
The celebration, held on May 7th, 2026, was to highly appreciate 25 years of Bishop Aloysius’ service to the Catholic Church and the wider community. This occasion also becomes a moment to strengthen ties among Catholic community, priests, and representatives of the Holy See.
Mgr. Michael Pawlowicz and bishops from various regions are scheduled to join the Catholic community in attending the Mass led by Bishop Aloysius on Sunday, May 10th, 2026, at the Cathedral Church of Palangka Raya.
Also attending the welcoming ceremony with Acting Regional Secretary Linae Victoria Aden are members of Regional Leadership Coordination Forum, heads of Regional Government Institutions within the Central Kalimantan Province, including head of the Executive Administration Bureau Johni Sonder.
