Covid-19 Recovery Rate Continues to Increase Up to 45,118 People
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The Central Kalimantan Covid-19 Handling Task Force delivered a press release on the progress of handling the Covid-19 pandemic on Tuesday (4/1/2022).
The data of handling the Covid-19 pandemic as of January 4, 2021 showed a daily recovery rate of 1 person recovering per day. The cumulative number increased to 45,118 people (96.57%).
The Central Kalimantan Covid-19 Task Force Team appealed that in addition to vaccination, the implementation of health protocols as a living habit is a demand in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.
Some people have complied with health protocols, but there are still others who lack the awareness to apply the 4M principles, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds.
The number of accumulated data on Covid-19 as of today, Tuesday (4/12/2022), namely positive confirmed Covid-19 patients in Central Kalimantan increased by 4 people, with a total of 46,719 cases.
One additional patient was recovered, with a total of 45,118 cases. And, no patient died, bringing the total to 1,588 people, with a Case Fatality Rate (CFR) of 3.4%.
Confirmation cases have been added, namely 1 person in Palangka Raya, 1 person in Katingan, 1 person in Sukamara, and 1 person in South Barito, bringing the total from 46,715 to 46,719.
There was an additional 1 person recovered, namely in Palangka Raya, from 45,117 people to 45,118 people.
The achievement of vaccination target for dose I was 1,628,599 (79.99%) and dose II was 964,183 (47.35%) of the total vaccination target of 2,036,104.
The Central Kalimantan Covid-19 Handling Task Force team reminded the entire community to continue to comply with health protocols and to break the chain of Covid-19.
“For those who are not aware of the health protocols, remember! It is mandatory for 4M, wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, and avoiding crowds so that the Covid-19 will soon end in Central Kalimantan and all over the world,” said the Task Force Team. (rik/trans.by feb)
