PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan Edy Pratowo attended the Entry Meeting for the Detailed Audit on 2021 Regional Government Financial Reports (LKPD), Thursday (24/03/2022), at the Eka Hapakat Hall, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya. Being present at this activity were the representatives of the Central Kalimantan Representative Office of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI), Central Kalimantan Provincial Inspector and representatives of related agencies.

This Entry Meeting was held in connection with the implementation of a Detailed Audit on the LKPD FY 2021 of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government in Palangka Raya.

BPK RI will carry out inspection tasks for 30 days starting from March 24, 2022. Regarding to this matter, initial data and documents are needed which are expected to be received by BPK RI no later than Monday, March 28, 2022 in softcopy form via google drive LKPD Auditing Team of Central Kalimantan Provincial Government FY 2021.

Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo in his directive explained that as a final process, audit activities on budget implementation are an inseparable unit, so that the entire budget implementation process can be properly accounted for.

“Central Kalimantan is ready to be inspected. All regional government institutions need to be open and transparent,” said the Deputy Governor.

The Deputy Governor also hopes that BPK RI Representative Office in Central Kalimantan Province can establish communication with all levels of local government, so that the information needed can be provided properly. In addition, it is also hoped that BPK RI can provide guidance, either through consultations or various suggestions and recommendations.

“I also hope that the coordination and cooperation of the BPK RI Representative Office in Central Kalimantan Province can always provide encouragement and direction to financial managers in the regional governments throughout Central Kalimantan Province, so that in the end the Unqualified Opinion (WTP) that we have achieved can be maintained,” concluded Deputy Governor Edy Pratowo.
