PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Governor of Central Kalimantan Sugianto Sabran welcomed the arrival of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya on Wednesday (10/3/2021) morning.

Departing from Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base Jakarta using a Boeing VIP Air Force plane, Minister Prabowo Subianto and the Indonesian Ministry of Defense entourage arrived at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya at around 08.25 a.m.

Also participating in the Indonesian Defense Minister’s entourage were Inspector General of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General of Indonesian National Armed  Forces Ida Bagus Purwalaksana, Secretary of the Defense Facilities Agency of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Brigadier General of Indonesian National Armed  Forces Marrahmat, and Head of Administration and Protocol Bureau of the Indonesian Ministry of Defense Brigadier General of Indonesian National Armed  Forces Rui Duarte.

Meanwhile, also attended to welcome the Minister of Defense were Chief of High Prosecutor’s Office of Central Kalimantan Iman Wijaya, Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan Fahrizal Fitri, Deputy Chief of Regional Police Brigadier General Pol Ida Utari, Head of Central Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office Sri Suwanto, Kasiren of Military Command 102 / pjg, and Kabagdukops of Regional Intelligence Agency of Central Kalimantan.

The working visit of Minister Prabowo Subianto to Central Kalimantan Province this time aimed to directly inspect the location of cassava planting land to support the National Strategic Food Reserve Program in Tewai Baru Village, Sepang District, Gunung Mas Regency.

As soon as he arrived at Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya, the Indonesian Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto accompanied by Governor Sugianto Sabran and the Indonesian Ministry of Defense entourage then immediately departed for Gunung Mas Regency, by flying with VIP Indonesian Air Force helicopter.

Furthermore, after inspecting the cassava development area in Gunung Mas Regency, Minister Prabowo Subianto and his Indonesian Ministry of Defense entourage were scheduled to return to Jakarta at noon later, using a Boeing VIP Air Force Airplane that will take off from Tjilik Riwut Airport, Palangka Raya.
