PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. The handover of Satyalencana Karya Satya (SKS) award is a proud event that should be accepted with gratitude and joy because this award describes how civil servants have shown their loyalty, honesty, skill, discipline, and dedication for 10 years, 20 years, and 30 years period of time.

It was conveyed by Vice Governor Edy Pratowo in Governor’s speech which he read at the Satyalencana Karya Satya Honorary Award for 287 civil servants in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government which was held live and online in Eka Hapakat Hall, Governor’s Office, Thursday (12/08/2021).

Vice Governor said that in the future the civil servants who receive this award will be able to develop their capacity and capability in carrying out their duties to serve the community professionally and become role models for other civil servants.

“I also hope this honorary award is accepted, kept, and maintained as well as possible and used properly so that there is no assumption that this honorary award is only used during this conferment, but your main obligation is to maintain this honor which is reflected in your discipline in carrying out official duties,” said Vice Governor.

On behalf of the Provincial Government, the Vice Governor also congratulated the awardees and hoped that the achievement and dedication of the civil servants would continue to be improved, so that the performance of the agencies/offices and the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government would develop well towards “KALTENG BERKAH”.

On that occasion, Vice Governor Edy Pratowo symbolically handed over the Satyalencana Karya Satya award to three representatives, namely Ir. Yuren S. Bahat (Head of Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency of Central Kalimantan Province) for SKS 30 years, Hamka, S.Pd, M.Pd (Head of Village and Community Empowerment Office of Central Kalimantan Province) for SKS 20 years, and Maulana Akbar, S.Sos (Division Head of Administration in General Bureau of Provincial Secretariat of Central Kalimantan Province) for SKS 10 years.

The award is given based on Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 34 / TK / 2021 on the Conferment of Satyalencana Karya Satya Honorary Award which was signed on May 4, 2021. (dew/renn/ben/translated by feb)
