Acting Provincial Secretary Attends Joint Meeting of Budget Agency of Central Kalimantan House of Representatives and Regional Government Budget Team of Central Kalimantan Discussing Regional Development Budget Draft FY 2022
PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin was present at a joint meeting between the Regional Government Budget Team (TPAD) and the Budget Agency (Banggar) of Central Kalimantan House of Representatives which was held in the Joint Meeting Room of Central Kalimantan House of Representatives, Monday (22/11/2021) afternoon.
The meeting was chaired directly by the Chair of Central Kalimantan House of Representatives, Wiyatno and the agenda was to discuss the 2022 Regional Development Budget Draft (RAPBD) between the Banggar and TAPD, including the addition of income which ultimately changed the structure of the RAPBD FY 2022. The main discussion of the joint meeting was the details explanation of the value of programs and activities that are in each regional government institutions according to their respective indicatives.
On that occasion, Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin as the Chair of Central Kalimantan TAPD had the opportunity to explain the funding structure of RAPBD FY 2022. “We need to convey that the change in structure is related to the efforts made by the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government and related Regional Government Institutions in order to increase Regional Original Income (PAD). In addition, the Regional Government, especially the Governor/Vice Governor encourages our APBD to always be increased, so he (Governor/Vice Governor) wants us to work even more optimally,” he said.
The funding structure itself consists of components of Regional Revenue, Regional Expenditures, and Regional Financing.
Furthermore, Acting Provincial Secretary Nuryakin also conveyed the ceiling for each Regional Government Institutions of Central Kalimantan. “There are several efficiencies that have been carried out according to the instructions from the Governor for several activities in several Regional Government Institutions,” explained Acting Provincial Secretary.
After the presentation, a number of responses were put forward by members of the Banggar of Central Kalimantan. The response, among others, is the need to hold a meeting between the commissions and their partners, namely the Regional Government Institutions which have experienced a significant increase in the budget ceiling. Likewise, the Regional Government Institutions that experienced significant efficiency/reduction of the budget ceiling. In this meeting, the details of components that have been added of which have not been seen in the presentation of the joint meeting this afternoon will be explored.
Present at the joint meeting were a number of Banggar members, leadership expert teams, and Banggar expert teams. Acting Provincial Secretary, Nuryakin, was accompanied by, among others, the Head of Regional Development, Research and Development Agency Yuren S.
