PALANGKA RAYA – EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION BUREAU. Governor of Central Kalimantan H. Sugianto Sabran officially inaugurated and led the oath-taking of H. Nuryakin as the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan Province, at Jayang Tingang Hall, Governor’s Office, Palangka Raya on Monday (25/4/ 2022) afternoon.

By this inauguration, Nuryakin officially becomes the definitive Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan based on Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 47/TPA of 2022 on April 19, 2022. Formerly, Nuryakin served as Acting Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan since July 22, 2021.

“I am the Governor of Central Kalimantan acting for and on behalf of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, hereby officially inaugurate you as the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan based on Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 47/TPA of 2022 on April 19, 2022 concerning the Appointment of Middle High Executive Official in Central Kalimantan Provincial Government,” said Governor Sugianto Sabran when inaugurating Nuryakin as the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan.

Being present to witness the procession of the oath taking and the inauguration of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretary were the Chairman of the Provincial House of  Representative of Central Kalimantan Wiyatno and Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan H. Edy Pratowo. Meanwhile, the Senior Expert Auditor Sapto Nugroho and the Senior Expert Trainer Syahrin Daulay were present to witness the signing of the oath taking document.

When delivering his remarks, Governor Sugianto Sabran hoped that the definitive Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan who had just been appointed would be able to work together more optimally in improving services and development of Central Kalimantan Province. “By the inauguration of the definitive Provincial Secretary, we can work harder, work smarter, together with me as the Governor of Central Kalimantan and the Deputy Governor of Central Kalimantan to serve the people and the province of Central Kalimantan,” said Governor Sugianto Sabran.

Furthermore, Governor Sugianto Sabran congratulated the inauguration of the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan. “I as the Governor of Central Kalimantan congratulate Mr. Nuryakin, let’s work together,” said the Governor.

After the inauguration ceremony, the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan, Nuryakin, said that in carrying out his duties and work, he needs synergy and participation with officials and other relevant ranks in developing Central Kalimantan Province even better.

“Obviously we can’t work alone. Of course, I will be supported by the Governor’s Expert Staff, Assistants, heads of regional government institutions, heads of bureaus, heads of central government institutions as well as the legislature. It is according to the Governor’s mandate, how we can make the work synergized. With good coordination and good communication, we hope that the Central Kalimantan Government will run well,” said the Provincial Secretary of Central Kalimantan, Nuryakin.

The ceremony of the oath taking and the inauguration complying with health protocols, was also attended by the family of the Provincial Secretary, namely Mrs. Hj. Anitha Nuryakin and her two sons. There were also members of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Leadership Coordination Forum, heads of Central Kalimantan regional government institutions, and the heads of related central government institutions/agencies. In addition, the event, held in a hybrid manner, was also attended virtually by members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum and the ranks of the regency/municipality governments throughout Central Kalimantan Province.
